Quite simple, using standard diversion facilities that are supplied with land lines and mobile phones.  As soon as calls are made to your business, we shall answer the call as if we were employees of your business.

“What are your hours of coverage?”

Our standard hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm, but feel free to contact us if you need to extend beyond these hours and we can agree how your requirements can be delivered.

“How can “Call The Office” offer a personal service?”

Your business will have a primary partner assigned to your account, who will be responsible for all inbound calls to your business.  In the event they’re already on a call, a member of their team will answer, take the details and act upon them accordingly.

“How do you know an inbound call is for my business?” 

“Call The Office” uses outstanding telecommunications technology, combining inbound call routing and notification to inform the partner who the call is destined for, so they’re prepared with all the relevant information when they pick up the call.

“Can I make calls from my business number even if you’re answering my business calls?” 

Yes, “Call The Office” is an affordable call answering service, and in no way inhibits your ability to make outbound calls to anyone, especially clients, suppliers and prospects.

“Is there is a long term contract that I have to agree to?”

Actually you are only committed to one month!!  If you should decide not to use “Call The Office” services, we require one months notice

“Can I adjust my requirements each month to suite my business?”

You have 100% flexibility with regards to your call answering service, let us know if you need to upgrade/downgrade with a few days notice in advance of the next billable month, and all the necessary arrangements will be made.
