What do I get with my 30 Day Trial?

You will have a minimum of two dedicated CTO Personnel who will be assigned to your account and who will professionally represent your business.

You will have access to a dedicated on-line Portal with Diary and Message Logs with 24 hours a day, 7 Days a week, 365 Days a year availability for your convenience.

All messages will be immediately sent to the assigned email addresses

Any urgent messages will also be sent via SMS text.

If a call is extremely urgent, or is from a pre-defined caller, it will be transferred to the agreed emergency number.

There is no limit to the number of calls that are professionally answered by “Call The Office”, but we do reserve the right to halt the trial if we feel it is being exploited in any way.  This includes holiday cover, in which case “Call the Office” will charge the appropriate premium if necessary.

There are no call receptions charges during the trial, no monthly charge and no signing up to any long term contracts.

There is a nominal setup fee (non-refundable) of £30.00 (plus VAT), which provides your on-line secure account and your personalised profile for “Call The Office” to answer your calls
